The Three Branches
PYC operates within three main veins: student formation, ministerial community, and shared resources for churches. Scroll to learn about each one.
Student Formation
Our youth have looked forward to Youth Camp and Mid-Winter Retreat together for decades. Who says camp with theological depth can't be fun? We sure don't! Our educated and experienced ministers help write camp curriculum and facilitate everything from groups, to rec, to the dance party.
This year, Youth Camp is June 21-26, 2026 at Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas.
Ministerial Community
Ministry is lonely enough without the "progressive" qualifier. There are two kinds of minister gatherings: retreats and continuing education. You guessed it! Retreats are focused on taking rest and connecting with other ministers, while Continuing Education is focused learning together. Whichever you attend, you can build long-lasting relationships with like-minded ministers.

Resource Sharing
Curriculum is widely available for youth ministers, but it often doesn't share many of the values of Progressive Youth Collective churches. We know we've been writing our own Sunday School, VBS, Youth Camp, and Retreat Curriculums for years, and we're willing to bet you have been, too! Why not start sharing them?
PYC's Resource Sharing program is coming soon!
